Plat 2 Support LF high winrate/smurf duo

I'm not looking for someone who has 600 ranked games and can't get out of plat, I'm looking for someone who is either a smurf and/or has gotten to diamond several times before and is good enough to help me carry games. I'm currently plat 2, have reached as high as D4 on this account and D2 on my smurf (perfect support).
