Looking for a Duo

Hi, im looking for a duo que partner, since almost every game im in, i am the carry, with other lanes losing. Im looking for a person that is god a one spcific lane, and climb the ladder. I lost so many games because of afk teammates, trolls, and just people that are bad. This is elo hell... Im Bronze V. I know its a very bad rank, but ive missed my Promos around 3 times now. I main mid, and just please get me out of elo hell and give me a team that knows how to play.
