Want a ranked team to join

hello i'm looking to join a ranked 5 team. i'm a decent player and am flexible in roles but i like to play adc and jungle. right now i'm bronze 1 and am tired of solo que with trolls and feeders so i want to find a group of ppl that actually want to play ranked and win.
