Looking to coach serious D+ team

Hi, my name is John! Some back round about me: I was diamond on solo queue on 3 accounts during season 5, plat season 4 and 3 and I have been playing casually since season 1. This season I've played in multiple diamond 5v5 teams and some challenger 3v3 teams. I wanted to try to play professionally so I put a lot of effort into learning as much as I can but I realized that it wasn't going to happen for me.
