Looking for 3v3 Team for Gold/Points

EDIT: I originally posted this on the Twisted Treeline reddit. I got a number of interested replies, but the majority of players disappeared after playing one-to-two games without any communication on their schedule. That, or, I was simply being considered as a sub player for the off-chance their preferred friends aren't on. So, if you reply, I'd prefer a more open line of communication. I understand not being able to play every night; it's nice to have more directly interested and communicative parties.

I generally like to begin my posts with a bit of background/context. So---I'm a former Gold V Twisted Treeline player. I piqued at Gold V last season in solo que as a support main with bits of split-pushing top (Trundle)/jungle mixed in. I wanted to play Twisted Treeline more this season; I've had a hard time meeting other interested players/finding personality meshes. I'm in another team with a friend; we've had a hard time finding players that actively want to play more frequently.

EDIT 2: For clarity, the present team gets to play infrequently. I'm merely a member of it, so I don't hold invite privileges for it. I'm largely looking for a team outside of it. That team is open to player sharing/adding others; it's not generally done until people get to play together. I often check people out as well.

So, if you're looking at me---here's my kind of wishlist/FAQ summary as a player:

*If you're looking at me for your team, I'd have a preference towards playing with others that are at least a high silver range if not gold (or higher). This isn't a matter of ego (completely)---but I've been invited in the past by players that have less of an idea on how to play the map than I.

*Role-wise, I played top-lane when I was playing on a higher ranked TT team. I personally prefer jungle because I enjoy the champion pool a lot more overall. I'm okay with the support meta; I haven't gotten the chance to play it thus far. So Jungle > Top > Mid in terms of jungle meta. In the support meta, I'd basically want to play the support.

*As a jungler, I generally prefer to be more of a utility type versus a carry jungler. Thus, I tend to prefer stronger laners that are happy to get a farmed-up jungler and can communicate effectively about their power spikes to allow for ganks to secure early kills.

*When I communicate about the game over voice chat, I generally stay silent unless it's relevant to the game at hand. I don't do a lot of small talk, per say. And I talk more when I know I'm going to get communication back and feedback about whatever is going on in the game. It doesn't have to be detailed; it's annoying when trying to build player chemistry; it's buried with some off-topic chatter.

*I value objectives and rotation. One of the issues I have with playing with a lot of lower elo players on TT is that the additional towers have made it so that players want to fight a lot more in the enemy jungle to bypass them...and continually chase down and fight in the jungle/around an enemy altar versus push towers/waves/contest Vile/go for picks because it seems a better access to gold when it's a good way to throw the game.

*I like to theory-craft---I look at Metalol's 3v3 tier list a lot/I draft some compositions for fun in my head. I'm not opposed to repeat performances like we're going to P/B Rek'sai every match and play this exact composition; I like adjusting to individual players and actually having an idea how the comp is going to work versus generics like we're going to play a team of early/early/late game power amongst the team. For instance, knowing we're going to play a protect the Olaf composition beforehand tends to be more valuable to me versus the above in terms of setting in-game priorities.

*I like it when after a game that players take the time to discuss what went wrong and think on how to improve on it. In many cases, it's basically a rush to play again without taking note of mistakes in a constructive way. I'd like for everyone to improve in some way---if the game has actionable feedback.

*Some flexibility in schedule. I'm an EST player; I work a school job. Thus I'm usually unable during early/mid-afternoon hours except on weekends/odd off days. And sometimes I just have to take a few days off during the week. If I'm at home, I try to play---but I generally prefer when teams have some player flexibility with subbing in/out. I personally have strong feelings about carrying your weight in a team and helping out---so I expect it all across the board.

*I have all the champions unlocked---so I can easily do trades in champ select.
