Looking for a team to play on

Hello. i am Vanders Oberon. i am a top laner and i'm looking for a team to grow with. i'm still pretty new to playing with a competitive mindset so i'm learning quite a lot about my role and the fundamentals of League. I'm looking for a team that will work with me and help me in my goal to continue to grow as a player and hopefully become competitive one day.
