Excellent support looking for adc for climb

Hi guys. I'm a support main (you can look at my stats) that's looking to climb. Mr LSS with my top 3 chars are over 3000 (braum 3600 for now) and I can't get my MMR up (or my ranking) because I am always with terrible players.
