Looking for a very serious and dedicated team for next years season. Gold3+ players only please

My team is looking for a Top laner and a Mid Sub to add to our roster for next year's Team Ranked play. We are all G3+ players and we are looking for people who are the same or higher ranked. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and serious about playing which means you can play at least 5 out of 7 days a week for at least 2-3+ hours. Also must be able to compete in some LoL tournaments (I will be funding some paid tournaments in future) Also no toxic players (we know everyone has a bad game) but that doesn't mean rage and be toxic about it.
