LF COMPETENT PLAYERS TO LEVEL WITH

I am sick and tired of these incompetent players that I get put with. I am a smurf . . . granted not in a high rank or particularly care about a rank. What I care about is getting players that 1) don't listen and feed or 2) troll. I know it is the nature of the game because most of these guys are new but I am not. I am looking for players that want to level up together . . . who are not completely new. I had a Lux earlier today buy two pink wards and place them in mid inside the bushes on either sides. SHE. PLACED. TWO. PINK. WARDS. IN. A. BUSH. I told her you can only place one . . . . what does she do? She does it again. I had a ChoGath just now that fed 4 times in under 7 minuets . . . . because he wanted to get the turret and CS did not matter. I am not asking for a genius or someone that is exceptionally good at this game. I am asking for people that have common sense and the ability to listen.
