Hey guys, I'm back. I think I've had about enough of solo queue for now and want to start improving my team skills. Looking for some talented players who want to take their game to the next level. We will be the flagship team for a new gaming organization focused on community but looking to also reach into eSports, this will unravel over time for now I am just focused on finding a core group to train with.
Disclaimer: I'm not looking for one and done players. Obviously if the team doesn't mesh adjustments will be made but I will not tolerate negative attitudes. I'm looking to find a like minded group of players looking to dedicate some time to self improvement as well as watching our team grow. I have never once surrendered a ranked game keep that in mind because I play each and every game to the very end.

I've played league casually since season 1 off and on and I am just now getting into the game seriously enough to form a team. My top ELO was season 1 I believe it was the low diamond range elo and last season I was Platinum 1 In solo queue. I am a vocal player who does best with a strong experienced support to guide my mechanics since I sometimes can be a little over aggressive. I am dedicated to improvement and I am very passionate about this game.
What I need from each player: -Can reliably make set practice times 3-4 days a week. Looking to play in the evening maybe 6:00 - 10 PST (or something similar) -Positive attitudes, don't rage at teammates, understand the time to criticize. -Dedication to role, if for some reason we do need a role swap that will be handled but I prefer each player to be focused on their role. -Working microphone as well as being comfortable with it. Communication is a key to success. We will be using a Teamspeak3 provided unless this doesn't work for everyone.. -i'm looking for the gold-platinum skill range. No exceptions will be made at this time. -PASSION. If our goals don't match up we will not succeed. I want this to be a long term team so goals are important. -Comfortable with English

I'm looking to get into games as quickly as possible so we can start grinding our way through the early stages of forming a team. Remember we all play this game to have fun so lets win, lets have fun, and lets grow! I can play either the jungle or ADC position so it will be a matter of who fits better. I will continue updating this post as we go, could be a lot more in store from our organization but all of that is yet to fully pan out. I tried forming this once before a few months ago but I had a wrist injury that completely shutdown my gaming time so I had to withdraw.
