Attempting to build a ranked flex team. Top/ADC mains needed. Gold 3-Silver 2 only.

I'm just looking for a semi-serious team to play with. Once I get 4 decent looking players, I'd like to get everyone on discord and run 1-3 norms to see how everyone works with each other. Ideally, just cool people that don't rage in chat or blame someone else for their mistakes, and know how to go after objectives instead of thinking KDA means something. I have tons of free time for the next few weeks, so hopefully the other 4 will too. Give me an add in game we'll start getting a team together.
