Silver mid LF ranked team and play all mids of any kind from ranged to melee

I am a silver mid and i am wanting to find a competitive team to really bring my skills to a T. I have been on alot of teams and have played every role since season 3. I have great game knowledge and want to really get into a group that will enjoy that. i listen to podcast and watch video always trying to learn from what i do. My personal goals are to get to Gold this season and really bring my skill to a head.

Skills: Bring a mid lane lead on to the rest of the team, making good late game calls(not so good at call from the mid early). I also have a large champ pool from my top 3 of Azir, Jayce, and Zed.
Flaws: My cs is not always the best, also my vision exp since green wards are gone is spoty(sometimes good sometimes not so great), earl game shot calls from midlane.

I use Curse Voice often but i can use any for practice time and games. I also would like to get weekly practice and find are strengths as a team. I don't care for being shot caller but sometime i end up taking that role if not one does. i want a team that can keep a positive attitude in the games we play and keep me and others players honest to their stuff after game. Ex: "man ur cs was a little low man gotta work on that next game its important you know that"
