Need ADC for my team

We are in need of an ADC since our current one doesn't seem to have the commitment we are looking for. We are participating in a league lcs like for bronze silver and gold (http://bsgleague.weebly.com/) Post below dont add me ill add you.

Now some simple rules: -Be commited and passionate -Talkative and communicative -Willing to download any voice program most likely discord and curse voice -Be this season from silver III up to gold I -Accept criticism and give it, also be willing to improve -Respect every single member on the team -Follow calls when given with complete trust, we need to win as a team and lose as one too. -Dont tilt and have fun (most important of all)

Please be communicative, able to take and give criticism and have time to commit to practices usually around 7pm est.

Have more drive to improve than most have to do anything in a day. Also grind and push myself to be better. Last reason you'll all miss practice before i ever will i don't believe in doing anything at any less effort than 100% i may miss a cs but won't miss a practice:)

I have strong game knowledge, shot-calling experience, and 3 years of the game under my belt. I know what it's like to be in bronze, and I know what it's like to grind out of it by becoming a better player, in game and in my head. I have very good team-fight shot-calling experience, and know how to position myself as an ADC. I won't miss any practices, and will accept any/all criticism from everybody on the team.
