[Na][SILVER] Mid/ADC player looking for (dedicated) team

A bit about me -My IGN is Ratoki -I am 17 years old -Currently living in Canada (EST time zone)

Strengths -Strong communication skills, both in and out of games. -Dedicated to improving my skills -Willing to spend time to practice as a team -Reliable -I enjoy playing with a group of dedicated players and learning/expanding my knowledge. -I am very flexible when it comes to times for practices and scrims

Weaknesses -Sometimes I apply too much pressure on myself

The Champions I'm Able to play well (Mid) Viktor, Ahri, Kassadin, Diana, Syndra, Zilean (Bot) lucian, Jhin, Twitch, Xayah, Varus (I am willing to learn anything to fit the team, that's just what I'm best at)

My Competitive Gaming History I have played multiple games competitively in the past: -4 Years of TF2 (2012-2015) -2 Years of CSGO (2015-2016)

In my time playing these games I have learned some extremely valuable skills, like time management and responsibility. I have also had a great deal of experience leading and running teams so I understand what goes into the decisions a team leader needs to make, and what a productive team environment looks like. I am generally available most days and nights, I am always open to criticism in a positive environment, and due to my previous competitive gaming experience, I know how to work as a team and the kind of things teams expect me to do.

League Specific things I have been playing league since around the beginning of season 5. I mained mid lane for most of my time in this game, however I also played a lot of ADC in season 7, I think my mid lane is better than my bot, but I will be dedicated to whatever role you need me to play. I love learning about the game and expanding my knowledge. I don't claim to be amazing but I will work hard to perform at the level i'm needed to.

What I want out of a Team -I want to work with people that are dedicated to becoming better at the game, as well as functioning as a team. -I wish to make it to the very high levels of League -An environment in which insults and negative comments are viewed as unproductive. -People should be comfortable enough with the teammates that we can have discussions about things that they aren't good at without getting mad at eachother
