Silver Support/Mid looking for a team to play with

My top champs are Soraka/Blitz/Ziggs/Anivia

I also play Morg, Lux, Leona, Taric(in the order I'm most comfortable with) I am 29 years old and play on EST time. My times usually are 7pm-midnight on weekdays with weekends being mostly night time. I tend not to stick too closely to the "meta". I believe most champs bring something to the table(with the exception of Ivern...for now) I've improved greatly over last season. I know my weaknesses and I'm willing to work towards getting better.
