Looking to start a team. Silver <----> Gold players.

Hey guys I'm looking to start a 5's team. As of right now I am looking to fill up every role BUT adc, which I am planning to play. I wish to get a group of players together that can communicate and just enjoy playing. I'm not necessarily looking for all-star players, mainly just people who understand the game and are looking to get better. I am currently in between silver 2/3 but with some effort and time, I don't see why I can't make it into gold. My top 5 adc's would have to be, Corki, Lucian, Tristana, Ezreal and Graves. Please just fill out this form before adding me. After I get a few players for each role i'll have some sort of tryout to see who will work well with each other.
