Support Looking for Plat - Diamond ADC

I win every game that I get a decent ADC but it's so hard to come across good ADCs at my ELO. I am trying to get to diamond, I've not played a lot yet this season but I want to spam play and go up ASAP in solo/duo queue. I went from being on series to plat 4 back down to 30ish LP.
