[S] [NA] LF a coach/manager for a D5 ranked 5's team

My name is AjaxQQ cptn for the team, we are looking for a coach for a diamond ranked 5's that play in a weekly lcs style league. We need a 2nd voice for the team. We are looking for structure bu adding a coach/manager (soloque rank D5+) expectations:

1. high level of ranked 5's league of legends knowledge. For example lets say we do the standard western lane swap and we do the four man tower dive incorrectly, you should be able to tell us what we did wrong, and the best pathing/aggro into their jungle and to the turret
2. People skills, you need to be able to talk problems out with team mates and resolve issues
3. Management, you are a coach and also a manager so you need to be able "manage" a team. setting up times for games and scrims, help coordinate things in general
4. Champ select knowledge. We play in a weekly lcs style league so the draft is really important especially in best of 5's for playoffs
