LFM looking for ranked members for regular games EUW only

Hey everyone, I am currently struggeling to get to gold (silver 1 right now) and would like to create a ranked team with some nice and polite people that enjoy playing as much as i do. This means that we maybe play on a regular base like, lets say 2 games on tuesday nad 2 on thursday or something like that. It would be great if u are somewhere in my elo since it is not the purpose to get me carried, but to try to get better together. If u speak english just add me or post here, i am from germany. It would be great if everyone has got Curse Voice since it is the most lag-free voice chat i could find for lol and pretty handy ingame. Unfortunately it isn't out for Mac yet, so playing on Windows is highly recommended :-)

PS: Maybe I should say that im currently maining top with Gnar but i can still play every other lane (not as good as top though) and have a relatively big champ pool.

*Edit: By saying same Elo i mean solo/Duo, so please don't come if you are gold 3 or higher... Better Silver or something... i play since season 3 so i'm not too experienced yet... I can reach like 80 Cs on 10 MInutes, sometimes better, sometimes worse. That should tell you something about my skill... (which isnt too high)

We are currently 3 people, at least 2 more would be great, but we can take even more since it is relatively rare that all are online at the same time...
