Top laner looking for Team!! Currently In Silver!

I main top lane and my sub role being jg. Top laners I play sion,kennen,Jayce,trundle malphite,rumble and pretty much every other top laner but sion and kennen being my best. Jg I play volibear,hecarim,skarner,rammus and Zac. I'm not the best and I make mistakes but I learn from them. Im looking for a team where we can an talk strategys about the game and where I can practice with them to improve in the game and keep focus on moving up in rank.
