Looking to Coach and Manage a Competitive Team

Hello everyone! My name is Jon, I’m a 20 year old entrepreneurial and advertising student at a large state school. I grew up in a family with two successful entrepreneurs as parents, who have always encouraged me and guided me to be successful in whatever I’m passionate about. I’ve always been a gamer, and have always been extremely passionate about any game that I play or watch. For years now I’ve been playing League of Legends, and have been studying it even more than playing. I’ve loved watching the progression of the game as a whole, and how its continued growth shows no potential stopping. I’ve decided to continue playing, but that’s not enough for me anymore. I would much rather help coach and manage a team than play the game. I’m looking for a serious team that is looking to get competitive, as I wish to help you guys get to that competitive level. I would be willing to do everything for free, for the sake of experience, and the relationships I would build along the way. I would spend my time doing the following for a team.

• Watching and studying replays, and providing write-ups or voice communication for advice and things to improve on.
• Talking to any potential advertisers that wish to sponsor the team
• Signing up and setting up any types of tournaments you wish to enter
• Communicating with all members of the team, and helping address any issues they may have
• Devoting my time to make sure that you become better at the game that you love. (LoL)
• Providing encouragement for the team as we continue to grow and succeed
• Creating a schedule to help with practice and competing
• Distributing winnings to the members of the team when they are earned
• Being a coach, manager, and a friend to those looking to compete to be a competitive gamer. Thank you for your time and for reading this post!
