Wisalia Gaming - Recruiting Staff for Gold/Plat and Diamond+ Compete League Teams

Howdy, my name is Nick and I'm the owner of Wisalia Gaming, a Discord Community for casual and competitive gamers across various games! I'm looking at establishing a series of ranked teams for League to begin a more serious competitive environment for players looking to join our server and to begin I'll be creating a Gold-Plat team for Compete League's Gold and Plat Series starting September 11th as well as a Diamond+ team. But to ensure our players are well equipped I'm looking to recruit some staff for this team. The roles I'm looking for include; Coach, Assistance Coach and Analyst.

Be sure to indicate which team you're interested in being staff for below. No role will require you to oversee both teams as that would be just too much work for one individual.

Coach; the role of the coach will be to guide the team in focuses on macro-play such as team fighting, warding and rotations, essentially establishing what things the team needs to work on. You will be expected to watch games (not all of course but enough to monitor our performance) and overall work on our teamplay and communication.

Assistant Coach; the role of assistant coach will be to focus on the players individual skills and champ select. You will assist the team in selecting team comps, working on micro-play such as csing, positioning and trading. Your role will involve more one-on-one interactions with the players as you work on their individual skills.

Analyst; the role of analyst will be to select games we have played and watch them while discussing with the two coaches on what you see that they may have missed. You will also be brought in roughly 1-2 times a week to select a game and analyse it with the team so we, as players, can see what we need to improve on with your assistance in pointing out the rough spots.
