Top Laner / Jungler [Looking for Team] [Currently Plat 3]

Looking to play for a team that plays daily and is serious. Have former NACL experience and have played since beta. Recently came back to league about 1 month ago. Decayed from D1 to Plat IV and haven't been having much luck getting back into it through soloq.
