Silver 4 Top Looking for Coach/Duo

I've been playing for a few years now and the highest I've been placed is silver 1 and I got to my promos and failed now ever since I've been around silver 4-2 level. I don't feel like my gameplay is god awful but I do feel that I am missing something critical that is preventing me from climbing. If anyone in higher elo is out there to carry or teach me I'd appreciate your carries. Thanks boys.

Note: In ranked I mainly play Fiora top or kled. I can play a mean support game and a decent Ahri mid.
