Looking for tips on top lane

Hi I'm a lvl 23 top lane main I was was just wondering if any body can give me tips on things that top laners should do or good top lane champs to play ( ) are my mains champs and I want to open up my champ pool I am also looking for people to play with once I get to lvl and can play ranked
