Platinum Support Looking For Team for Ward / Diamond (This and next season)

Like the title says, I'm looking for a team that's going to be semi-serious and focus on improving, while getting the season rewards. I'd like to find a team before the season ends to get the ward skin for this season, with the goal of hitting Diamond or higher next season.

Quick Bio :

My favorite champions are Lulu, Janna, Nami and Leona for bot lane, however I'm not above playing odd picks as the meta shifts. (Examples like Annie/Fiddles/Leona when they were the "trinity" at the start of the season, etc.) I can play both passive and aggressive as the lane calls for / or my adc wishes to play a certain way. I also have the ability to take constructive criticism as it is given to me, both real time and post game. Being told, "Hey don't be greedy" I can quickly translate into "Oh I'm being greedy I should prob back the f*** up.

I am 24, the best time to reach me is roughly 5 PM Central Time to around 11:30/Midnight depending during the week. Weekend times fluctuate but generally pretty free and easily reachable. I have used most popular forms of VOIP communication including Skype, Ventrilo, TeamSpeak, Mumble, Roger Wilco (Plz don't :( ) etc.
