XK Telecom seekin Strong Leader for team management and coaching role

Looking for a strong individual to lead and manage this team. Currently i am the manager and captain but i want to step away and just focus on playing as i am the starting adc. Must be Plat+ Will be responsible for setting scrims, practices, care for each team member, entering the team into tournaments and drafting team comps and coaching.
