Bronze friends

I am looking for some low bronze to do some ranked with I was a gold last time I played and the game still seems to think I am a gold. So hoping that queing with a bronze 4-5 will convince the game that i don't remember how to play because i don't. It has been over a year I don't even know how to jungle any more because the jungle has different camps now, that is how long it has been lol.
