[LFM] Looking for a gold+ (or formerly gold) MID for ranked 5's!

We are a team starting from scratch and all we need is a solid mid-laner (who's age is at least 18) to fill out the roster. This will be a sub spot for mid however our own mid isnt going to be consistent until april so you will basically be a starter till then. We are aiming for at least plat this season so we are going to need ample time to practice and work out team comps (a schedule will be made when team is complete). We need someone who is in it for the long run (this will be a fairly serious team) and will be available most nights. You must have a positive attitude and you must be able to take some criticism (we all gotta improve). You must also have a mic and Skype (ts and curse will also be considered if you have). Played on a few tournament teams that have done fairly decent in the past. Why do you feel you should be selected?: Very game knowledgeable, open to criticism and can give it well (may come off sounding like a dick at time when doing so but its not intended...the flaws of being from nj) Any other comments/information (optional)?: Uh i can also play the caster adcs mid i just dont see them to be a necessity. I can shotcall late game if need be but i feel it could be awkward for the new guy to jump into a team to shotcall.

Why do you feel you should be selected?: Very experienced mid laner, been playing through numerous meta shifts. Deep understanding of most lane matchups. Any other comments/information (optional)?:
