Academy E-Sports A-Team: Looking for a new support!

Hello summoners!

Our old support for our team had to leave due to time constraints and commitment issues, so we are looking for a new support to come try-out, and (if you fit the bill) be picked up permanently as an addition to the team.

Before reading on, please note: This is a SERIOUS team with LCS aspirations in the future, part of an organization that is currently being formed, constructed, and funded by our coach/manager. In the future, there may even be contractual obligations. Time will need to be dedicated from your day for practice, scrims against other teams, and general game review and discussion. If you feel you cannot do this, or will have difficulty adhering to a planned schedule, please do not apply. You will be saving our time, and yours.

We are looking for a high plat/diamond support for our team(last season or this season is fine). You will be tried out and evaluated with the rest of the team in a series of games. If we feel you are a good fit in terms of synergy and chemistry with the rest of the team, you stand a good chance. (YOU MUST BE AT LEAST PLAT TIER TO TRY OUT!)

Key things we will be evaluating you on is communication, overall game attitude, and the skill of the player. However, skill should be the least of your concerns.
