looking for a serious ranked team

i'm tired of all these teams play then quite i'm low ranked right now i want to make it to at least gold by the end of the season i'm a serious player i can run all roles my weakest lane is mid but looking to improve i prefer a team with curse for prime communication i am not a toxic player and i really need a team who takes league serious
