I want to start a ranked 5v5's team

My friend and I are looking to start a ranked team, fill out the info below if you are interested. Keep in mind we are bronze so we will not accept anyone above silver.

Yes that last question was necessary, we look for the important things around here. Also, I can go any role. My friend mains mid, and jungle. We are both 16 so we will probably not accept anyone younger than 13, or older than 19, but you never know.
