Support Main Looking to Further My Skill

Hi I am a support main, I mainly play Zyra but I also like to play Natilus, Thresh. I also want to start playing Karma support. I am in Bronze lll. I would like to sharpen my skills as a support and be able to play with a team that play competitively. Im looking for a team that would be willing to let me join them in Ranked Matches, I am 18 years old, I have a mic and can talk on anything like curse or teamspeak, even skype.
