New Dynamic Tournament team being made Gold-Plat+ 10-15 hours a week
Hi my names Meevo and im creating a serious ranked 5s team one that will have scheduled practices a couple days a week and will compete in tournies and climb the ladder as a group of dedicated players trying to get better at the game and maybe make a few friends.
I have had team almost on the verge of being sponsered however they do not have the time it takes to put into a lvl of competition like that.
I will host try outs during the first week and try to get 5 solid players that will work together as a team and make a team that will not only climb together but win some tournaments and try to be sponsered in the process
We are looking for Top/Adc/Jng/Support atm and you must main this role

i will get to apps when i read them and add you and tell you a time for try outs once a roster is finallized we will have practice 4-5 times a week based on everyones schedules
Your playstyle: Aggressive/Objective Oriented
Do you have the ability/want the responsibility of shot caller(jungler/Support only): I tried out shotcalling on an old team but do not have much experience. I have faith in my macro play and ability to call out targets so I would not mind trying it out.
Any team exp: I was on a team consisting of 3 mid diamond players. We climbed for a few weeks, then some people left. I haven't really attempted to find any other serious teams until now.
What you can bring to the team: A skilled playmaker and gamer in general. I have a positive attitude when it comes to team games and have experience raid leading in top end guilds in World of Warcraft. I watch LCS every week as well as streams so I'm always up on current picks/meta strategies. I see myself as having great mechanical skill when it comes to league. If I see a combo/move pulled off in competitive I know I can re-create it myself. I almost never surrender in games because even losses and playing from behind can teach you more about the game.
Whats your availability look like: I work a desk job during the week and am home at 6pm EST every night. Once a week I have band practice so the other 4 days as well as weekends, I am available to play.
Are you willing to receive criticism from others to help you improve: I started playing World of Warcraft when I was 14. My guild was mostly people in their 20s-30s and I quickly rose as one of the best raiders because of all the criticism I got. I learned early on that there's always another way to get something done. If I die in league, there is almost always another way I could have played to prevent dieing. If someone can point out that way, then the situation has turned into a learning experience which will ultimately improve my play.
Are you willing to do Tournaments: Yes, this is one of the major things I would like to experience on a team, real competitive competition.
Are You willing to play as a team a couple nights a week?: Of course, whatever it takes to consistently improve as a team.
Why should we choose you: I've always been told I do not belong in Gold, but I just never have the motivation to grind soloQ. Each season, I'll climb to Gold in 30-50 games, then just play normals or other games so by the next season, I'll have decayed again. Rinse and repeat. I've jumped around main positions over my five years of playing the game and at this point own every champion and viable rune. I've gotten to the conclusion that I am ultimately a support main and love everything about the role. I'm a smart, funny, calm, and skilled gamer that just wants to find a solid team to improve and climb with.
Do you trust yourself mechanically as a skilled player: Yes. Of course there are nuances to every champ and I am more familiar with some than others. However, I am confident that I can learn and play any champion to the highest level if I push myself.
What are your Strengths: Competitive gaming experience, game knowledge, mechanical skill, adaptability, and a calm personality.
What are your weaknesses: Occasional over-aggression, less team experience than I would like, limited play-time (stupid job).
