Looking for a duo partner (Im S4)

I am just getting back into the game because i had to take 4 months off for work. I'm not bad I am just a little rusty and need a little help to get back into it. But I want to play ranked because I can do good in normal's all day. I'm just not to the point yet where I can carry a team by myself. If anyone wants to help me out that would be great.

Last season i was S4. I main Soraka, Heimer, and morgana as support. I run curse for chat at the moment.
