Help my bro Nightwing169 out please!

Ok please, he is crying in my arms right now as I am typing this. He has been stuck in Silver for 2 years, (previously stuck in Bronze for 3 years) and can't seem to find his way out of so called "Elo Hell". He claims to be able to solo queue to Challenger, but we need somebody to help him out. He is a and main and is looking for team to help him out. Please, anything will help just please send help I am tired of him asking to duo queue with me because every game I play with him we lose and I don't want my Elo to tank. I know this post just makes him sound bad but PLEASE HE ACTUALLY ISN'T THAT BAD IF HE WILL LISTEN TO YOU but I dont know because he is a main and thinks he can 1v5. Thanks DoubleLift.
