Silver 2 Jungle/Top/Mid player, need anything for duo/trio

In game name is Darmerz, I just need players I can rely on and, to put it frankly, are GOOD. I'm tired of doing the best on my team 24/7 only to be held down by my team when they can't capitalize on team fights or don't play safe. So if youre looking to push out of silver, then add me in game, and we'll push to gold easily. I'd highly prefer someone also in jg/mid/top just for synergy, but I'll take supports and adcs as well because practically anything would be reliable at this point.
