Looking for dynamic queue partners! Plat/Diamond

I'm looking for people in platinum/diamond, I was diamond in season 5 and as much as i'd like to go through all of plat again solo I don't have as much time as I used to and would like to queue up with some reliable people so I don't have to worry about what my teammates are going to do. I mainly jungle and mid but I have a lot of experience in every role.
