Making a ranked team, looking for players

Me and my friend are looking for players to join our ranked team, we are willing to play atleast 1 game per day and invest the team to get to high ranks Im gold 2 and he is gold 5 atm Conditions: Gold+ ts3 capability of playing once per day atleast.
