In Need of a competent Solo.Duo partner

Bronze is way too hectic for me, I just don't understand it. No matter what I have had nothing but streaks of losses getting either paired with BS champions (or smurfs) that take a crap ton of damage and dish out an insane amount with a click of a button, or I get teamed with people who just don't care / AFK or just are completely unaware of the map. I too am not the best player but I've played in higher ranks before and ever since I got down here I could NEVER get back out. Looking for someone I can trust to hold their own and play as a team to climb out of this BS league. [zombie-brand-facepalm]
