[LFM] Recruiting an active(dedicated) ranked team (Bronze+, 5's)

• General Information _Hello, my name is lKnightwolfl. You can call me 'Wolf' or 'Knight' I go by either. Name aside, this topic will revolve around finding the best team possible; dedicated members, people who communicate well, so on and so forth. _

Currently. The team is in need of various positions: this includes and is not limited to, Top(Backup for whenever the main is offline), Support(Backup for whenever the main is offline), AD Carry(Backup for whenever the main is offline), Jungle(Backup for whenever the main is offline), and Mid(Backup for whenever the main is offline).

_That is really all for this section of the topic. Below this will explain how the team works, functions, position members, e.t.c. The application process will however be mentioned last. _

• Team Information

1. Coach Coach : Shh Sleepy

2. Current Roster Top Lane : Fabulous Cake Jungle : lKnightwolfl Mid Lane : Capone100 AD Carry : MikeTheDonutMan Support : TehEquator

3. Backups Top Lane : OPEN Jungle : OPEN Mid Lane : OPEN AD Carry : OPEN Support : OPEN

Currently our main roster is complete. We are however looking for backups that can play when main members are out (Or replace main spots when said person isn't doing well). Now, if you're wondering how a backup can replace someone on the main roster, the answer is simple.

Using the same form of point system fantasy LCS uses. The player(s) will earn points depending on how well they play. The points range from: Kills, Deaths, Assists, Creep Kills, Double/Triple/Quadra/Penta Kills, etc.: If you've played LCS you should already know how points are earned.

Now for the example of how you as a backup replaces a main guy: Capone100 earns 32.3 points during a practice session. However, the backup Mid Lane named "SomethingRandom343" earns 35.6 points. "SomethingRandom343" will be placed in the main spot for ranked games, until Capone100 can make a come back and reclaim his spot. However, if Capone100 maintains a steady 32.3 or drops down to something like.. 11.1 and stays there for more than a week. He'll be removed from the team.
