I'm looking to start a 5s team and looking for Plat+1 Players to make a 5s team to get Masters/Challenger. I do have a few people already I know. Mainly looking for someone that can play Jungle/Support/ADC. I'm Diamond 5 Currently in solo que and highest I've been is Diamond 4. Just looking for players that can consistently do good every game.

STRENGTHS: On time. Don't have much of a life so I can practice and research a lot. Great cohesion with people and players I'm with. Follow instructions/shot caller well. Very vocal about my actions and what we could and knowing my power spikes and when to engage/fight and when not to. I'm decisive and will choose quickly whether to do one thing or another. I don't dwindle on mistakes made in that game and prefer to focus on winning rather than what just happened until after the game. Even after a game we just won I look to see what we could do better as a team to improve. I'm good at listening and focusing on the task at hand
WEAKNESSES: I am skilled in my own role, but not quite so much as others. At least in terms of knowing what they should build/their power spikes etc anyway. When I do make a mistake I will own up to it.
Past team experience: I've been on various teams ranging from gold to diamond quality. The team I'm on that I won't lie, I wish I was still with in season 3 was diamond quality, almost challenger and we pushed hard and did well. Practicing every day and were super strong. I know it's farfetched, but I am looking for something similar.
ShotCaller: Y/N: I can shot call but, prefer to focus on my own game and listen to someone else though I will communicate a lot and am very vocal. Though I typically make good calls from what my past teams have told me.
Why you might be a good fit?: I have a lot of time to play and practice. I can duo with anyone in our team's non-practice hours. I'm always positive and try to keep everyone in a good mood even if we're losing. I typically bring good things to the team I'm on; good plays, possible strategies, simply being friendly and competitive. I always strive to be better and would rather blame myself than others for mishaps.
Goals: Looking to play professionally eventually and would like to join a team with a similar mindset to progress and practice often. I want to have fun as well. It is a game after all. I want us all to have fun, but I want to win and hopefully the people I play with will make it fun while we win.

If they are gold it's for fun. Have shot called. Reason(s) for wanting to join this team: Looking for a better team, possibly hoping to be professional one day. Approach to the game: Strong willed, competitive, quick to learn, willing to take criticism. Your strengths/weaknesses within a game: Easily Win lane, have not lost lane in 3 weeks straight. I am great at warding and helping other lanes once getting my lane to a decent level and well fed. My other strength is listening to calls, having timers on buffs/dragon/baron down to a minute before. I also have a strong champ pool. I've played with people such as Video Game Dunkey, a TSM top lane sub, and against Phreak. I've been playing since Season 1. Your strengths/weaknesses within a team: I can get on tilt if my lane is constantly ganked. And at certain points I have issues with learning what to build. This is ONLY if there is an ad and an AP both fed on the opposing team and I'm not sure what to build at the certain time.
