Plat 4 looking for duo for Diamond

Was just at Plat 3 but been on a losing streak due to mostly terrible bot lane players. Need someone consistent to duo with, preferably someone who plays mid/top. I main Jung/top. School semester is over so I'll be playing often to get to diamond. Needs to be someone in the same boat, who consistently plays well/never has deaths higher than kills each game yet struggles due to teammates. Must currently be plat ranked.
