Looking for help out of bronze

I'm looking for someone or a team that is willing to help me out of elo hell... I'm a pretty dedicated player i do well in my lanes (try not to feed) but for some reason in solo queues i play top lane champs mostly , , and .. i can support with or play mid with and ,,, can someone please tell me what am i doing wrong? if u can mentor me that would be appreciated
