D4 Mid Laner [D1 S4] LF Serious Tournament Team [Diamond+ Only]

Hi all, I'm Xuno and I'm looking for a serious tournament team. I've been playing this game for 5 years and looking to get serious this season. I'm going to be blunt here because I've done these posts before and no one really seems to listen. I want Diamond+ members that are dedicated to becoming great players. Players that strive to win and will do anything to achieve it. I don't want want anything below Diamond as I want players to be around the same skill level. I don't want to come off rude from this post. But this is just what I want. Other things I also want!

• Respectful teammates that don't rage or blame anyone, also be willing to take criticism.
• Working mics.
• Watching replays together to discuss what we can do better and also brag about our awesome plays! [Using Replay.gg]
• No one trick ponies.
• A practice schedule that people will follow [I'm PST, I can do any timezone though]
• Willing to participate in tournaments and trying our best to win!
• Be open to innovation of strategies and picks.
• No Teemos

More about me: Champs I play: What I struggle against:

My Strengths: I can really dominate lane, I feel like my is nearly unbeatable unless I'm against a very good player. I like to sit in my lane and just pressure the enemy mid laner to go on tilt, from that I can assert my dominance elsewhere on the map. I can also be a carry type and supportive type of mid laner I usually cater to both. I'm also willing to learn new champions and strategies if needed (Like say if a lot of champs get heavily nerfed or a huge meta shift).

My weaknesses: I haven't really discovered much weaknesses and might need help getting them pointed out. Some of them are going on tilt pretty bad (If I lose lane badly, throw, and getting solo killed). I can also at times lack some map awareness which is what I've been working on a lot recently, and I can be pretty greedy at times.

Overall, I'm a nice out-going funny guy. I would like a team that fits my needs. I am dedicated to becoming a great player on a great team. Thank you if you read this. If you want more information, add me or comment down below!
