S5 looking to make a semi-serious ranked 5's team (bronze/silver)

Hi there!

I'm looking to make a new ranked 5's team on the NA server. I'm currently S5 and main ADC, but also play supp and top. I'm flexible as to what position I play so anyone interested please let me know below and I'll either add you in game or respond in the thread. I'm hoping to make this team semi-serious with regularly scheduled practices and times for ranked games. Please be high bronze/low silver. No raging, enjoy the game, and laugh a lot is all I ask. And be an adult (I'm 32 so not partial to in-game drama, referring to everything as "gay" or dropping the N-word every five seconds, and appreciate people who have a general grasp on the English language and can speak in complete sentences.) Also please provide the following information:
