Mid/Support looking for serious team

My skill level has been progressing a lot slower than I would like lately and being on a team would help me improve my skills at a much faster rate (because of criticism, teamwork, etc...). I can, indeed, do mid and support equally well.

I've been on a few ranked teams before so I have some experience. During my times on the other teams, I've been the shot-caller and researcher. I love theory crafting and I believe that is a crucial part of every single team member. Please don't pay too much attention to my rank (Gold III, currently) because I am willing to learn and I learn quite fast. I know it's a lot to ask but I'd really love to be on a higher ranked team than myself because I would learn so much!

TL;DR: I'm looking for a team that can help me grow at an accelerated pace. I can only do so much learning / training on my own :(
