Looking for dedicated team for ranked games

Hey,

I am looking for a dedicated team to do ranked games. I have been playing league for about 3 years and want to start doing ranked games. I play multiple positions and multiple characters. I have curse voice and ventrillo I am open to constructive criticism and would overall just like to get better at the game. I am in Mountain standard time zone. and pretty much have an open schedule after 5pm my time.

Characters: Jungle: fiddle, Yi, Nocturne. Adc: Ashe, cait, support: Karma, Leona. mid: Lux, talon, vieger. top: Darius, Gankplank.

I am not currently ranked because i have never played ranked games so i am sure that hurts me. Feel free to add me in game. I could always use people to play with if me joining your team doesn't work out.
