Plat 3 Mid main S6 serious play team

I am 17 and ended the season plat 3. Champs I am confident in playing in ranked are: ezreal, victor, lulu, Anivia, Zyra, lux, morg, fizz, katarina, twisted fate, I am only looking for a serious team. My available times are 8 to midnight on weekdays est. and anytime after 3 pm on weekends I am a experienced shot caller, and I want a platinum with the goal to improve and go as far as possible, doing tournaments on weekends and anything to make us better.
