Looking For Mature Team (Leagues)

First of all, I cant deal with the childish crying. Been gamming over 16 years, I am 34 years old and very competitive. Looking for friends who are 21+ along with a few good sturdy teams. I can play all rolls but limited to 2-3 champions each. So I will need a little assistance here as I can not aware of all the proper counters yet. With that said most are the same idea, with the right runes and skills general knowledge of the champions roll with new champs catches easy.

I run a Mumble Server and will provide Information to serious players.

I am stuck in Bronze and some of it is my fault, but most is not. I do work well with groups and looking for a team that would be willing to take on a new players and work with me. I like to think I am a good gamer, been playing online games 16+ years, I have very good understanding of the game mechanics.
